Also any songs that happened at good times ... that went through phases during the class's time at the school. I don't know about your school, but the year 12's at my school play music, and there are like songs that you associate with them that bring back fun memories of school.
Another good idea is to have songs dedicated to each of the students for fun... they don't have to be like serious, they could exaggerate on attributes and stuff.. (but that depends how big your school is of course, cos our school and class is like little)
