how do u change that little icon thing? my frend has a icon...how do u change it?

You could go to www.iconator.com and if you find an icon that you like then click on it and it will show you many things about it and then it will ask you somewhere if you want to change your icon to this one. Then you click yes and your comp asks you if you want to change it and there you go.
