Chicken fingers can be ordered from most supermarket delis or a Chinese restaurant.
Add a nice salad. Instead of sodas, maybe sparkling water?
How about you all pitch in and buy a rice steamer? Then you can add little frozen shrimp and veggies to it and make a nice lunch.
Also, you can always do what we did and call Fire Mountain restaurant and order something be cooked especially for your group.
Any take out restaurant would love to have your lunch biz.

Check with a nearby Chinese restaurant and see what kind of a varied luncheon you could get for 20 people. Usually a dinner for two is enough for four people and the more people you have the greater the variation and quantities. The prices and amounts are variable.

It depends on how formal you want the luncheon to be - one idea could be a pot luck, or you could check for local caterers, or perhaps order from Chick-fil-A or the local grovery store could whip up some trays for you.
