Use a pumice stone on them everyday, and use a good moisturizer. I like to use Burt's Bees Coconut Foot Creme. But plain old vaseline works well too. Put the moisturizer on your feet before bed along with a pair of cotton socks. Also, if time allows, you could soak your feet once a week and give your feet a nice oil massage.

Get the Dr Sholls callus remover at CVS, Walgreen's, Walmart, Target, or Duane Reade. It should be about 4 or 5 dollars. You put the bandage on the callus and wait 48hrs. If it doesn't come off, clean the area and use a new bandage, keep trying this until it comes off completely.

I use three things. A pumicestone, a salt scrub (mine is dead sea salt w/ lots of oils) and lotion (vaseline intensive care). I use the stone every morning and the salt morning and night. Then I put the lotion on every night before bed. I have the softest feet now.

Get yourself a pumice stone. Polish your feet gently with it daily, and use a good moisturizing cream at bedtime. (Wear cotton socks to bed to keep the cream on your feet)
