Because I love it.
I have my own company. The biggest benifit is that I have control over all of the people I have to interact with on a daily or weekly basis. I can surround myself with bright, creative and honorable people. I can decide who works for me. who I want to sell to, and who I want to buy from. All people that I like and respect.
How can I not love that?
Sure there are days that everything goes wrong. But the most important thing is that I have the power (along with the responsibility) to act as I see fit. To lead.
Yes, I do love my job.
That's why I do it.

Are you talking about employment? If so, I just kind of fell into this line of work. Opportunity arose at the right time and I like the work, so I figured I'd keep doing it.
