spurs vs. cavs
PLEASE READ ENTIRE REASON FOR MY CHOICES BEFORE IGNORING
im actuaaly holding my newborn girl right now n typing with one hand...
spurs have the least selfish players and the best half court offense/defense in the league... when post-season comes along, the game slows down and it turns into amount of possesssions being successful and clutch play... defensive play with Timmy and Bowen as well as Manu and Finley... so many people can shoot the 3 since the penitration by Ginobli and Parker are so dangerous...there assist/turnover ratio is very good too... 3pt shooters... Horry, Barry, Ginobli, Finley, Udrih, Bowen...
Extremely deep bench as well..to go along with a tremendous coach in Mr. Greg Popovich (or however you spell it).
This team is made to Run and Shoot 3's like the Suns.. play D against Dallas and just strait up out-play Denver (just bringing them up) because they turnover the ball too much... they (Denver) is a high risk average reward type of team... 2pts is 2pts... 3pts is 3pts... they dont have much 3pt shooting nor defense besides Marcus Camby
The reason i say the CAVS is simply because of one reason... Lebron James... Even though his season stats and play have struggled througout the season...his team has grown...they have youth and veteranship... they just need to run...thats the key for them... Hughes, Snow, Pavlochic, Verajo, Damon Jones, all great on the move and getting the open shot... they are hustle players that play smart...they are a really great defensive team in the Eastern Conference (not against the Western teams). They just need to learn how to Run... If anyone saw the way Lebron and the Cavs played last post-season, it was outstanding...but who could really beat the Pistons? (Heat...they had Shaq, Wade, more roleplayers..they are not full strength this year and have a low 8-seed which means tougher playoff schedule...and less game at home).
Anyway, the Pistons are without that intimidating face and pressence of Big Ben, the face of the franchise...they are no long the defensive team they were known for...they dont have much of a bench...and if it really matters...Sheed gets greedy during playoff time..look at him in Portland and last yr. with Pistons... shooting lots of shot and very low percentage... Billups was their "go-to" man.
Spurs win it all..even though im not a fan of them at all

Suns vs Bulls
Best matchup possible
Wallace v Stoudamire, Nash vs Hinrich, Marion/Bell/Diaw vs Deng/Nocioni, Barbosa v Gordon
Theyre basically the same team, fast break with good big men in the middle
