I dont think that you are too old. I think that it is the best time too have a baby. You have already set up your lives together and you have had the experiences with the other children that you have. I think that if its what you want to do that you should go ahead and do it. Good Luck.

It is definitely something that shouldn't be decided lightly. By the time your new child was 18 and ready to go to college you would be 50 and your husband would be 56, retirement will be looming along with what will certainly be enormous tuition costs. Examine the reasons you want "one of you own" You already have children from previous marriages, hopefully you have a good enough relationship where you don't need a new one to cement it (that rarely works anyway) You're never too old to think of anything, thinking is a wonderful and superior action. Discuss the pros and cons fully together....then decide.

no- I was 30 and my husband was 38. We plan on one more in the next 2 years. I'll be 35-36 and he'll be 42-43.

No, your not too old! Hun, I knew a lady who was 45 and pregant with her 6th. She is doing perfectly fine and so is the baby. Just do what you think is right and if having a baby for you two is right it will happen some day. Good luck and hoping you and your hubby make the best choice.

My mother had me at 40. I had a great upbringing and was able to get good grades, go to college, and never felt as though I missed out on life. I was the youngest, but now, 23 years later, my mother does have health problems and since all my siblings live far away, I'm left to care for her and tend to the house. It can be burdensome at times, but she sacrificed a lot for me so I rarely complain.
You'll be a lot younger than my mom was, so I'm sure that age isn't too old at all. Just please make sure that you are mentally and financially able to care for this child, as well as physically when he/she gets older. In my opinion, 32 is still young.

That all depends on you. My dad was 35 when I was born and tuned 36 a month after. My cousin had her first one at 32, and her second at 35 so No, age wise it's not too old, as long as it's something you really want in your life.

It depends on where your at in life and if having a baby and starting the whole process again, is what your both after (you know pregnancy, sleepless nights, diapers, eighteen years of tantrums).
A friend of ours had her second set of twins at the age of forty, she has four kids under the age of five. She has eighteen wonderful years to go and upon the last twins graduation, she'll be old, LOL. My kids are teenagers and watching them start having their family at this stage in life takes be back to over fifteen years ago. To be honest, babies are wonderful but I couldn't imagine starting a family at this stage in our lives.
Basically, do whatever brings you happiness and age has little to do with having a healthy baby, especially with today's technology. Good luck with whatever you chose.

No it's not too old. People are having babies late in their 30's and even in their early 40's. It's more about your age than your husband. Men can pretty much have babies almost their whole life, but it's our eggs that go bad. If you're both in good health, go for it.

That is not too old at all! They say once you get to be about 35 then it there are more risk factors at all. I know lots of people who have had babies in their mid to late thirties and everyone is doing just fine.
