tough one ......i honestly don't often use the words:" i promise you". i am a very bad liar so i usually come out with the truth or just shut up. i only promise under torture, maybe.

I promised... well my promises, friends make me do have a few parts.
Last1 was last night my friend Elaine was annoyed (not with me a guy of course).
1 To keep her updated on her crush.
2 Not to perpusly rise her too much just for the laugh.
3 To not laugh at her when does silly things but with her.
4 To take her love problems more seriously.
5 To go on the tere Paddy's night.

To my dad last week who`s 87 years old he was rushed into hospital with pneumonia he was very tearful he thought he wouldn`t be coming back out of hospital
I promised him he wasn`t going to die and i would get him home Thankfully i kept that promise he`s on the mend and he`s been looked after in bed at home
