If theyre suede wipe them with a damp rag but dont put too much water on them. If theyre some other material you can probably just wash them with shoe cleaner and water

I get my clogs dirty all the time. Whatever you do, don't just get them soaking wet, then when they dry they'll have spots all over them. I bought something from Walmart that's called suede shoe cleaner or something. It's a spray in a can that you spray on your shoes and then rub it out with the bristle head on top. It always gets my shoes clean.

I would wait till it drys, then brush it off with a old toothbrush or something like that.. Making it wet might just push the dirt further down.

get a wet rag and just rubb it off. its not hard.
