Yes if it is the designated ball in play that scored the goal it will stand

If the ball did not interfere with the play, like it was on the other side of the pitch, then it will stand. If the goal was the result of the other ball, like a pass bounced off that ball to a forward who shot and scored, then I don't think that they would let the goal stand.

if the two balls are in the same area the ref should stop play as to not cause confusion among the players, specially if it was thrown onto the pitch on purpose by someone on either team or the ballboys. if the two balls are at different areas of the field then the ref might let play continue but have someone take the second ball of the pitch.

the Man in black is the one that decides and if it interfears with play then no it wont stand but if lets say it is down the other end yes the goal will stand

TECHNICALLY NO but it would need to be actively disrupting play or there was some confusion as to which was the match ball.
