people who give blood never know who the recipient will be. It's up to medical personnel to decide the issue on medical grounds. However, if someone knocked on my door and said I was the only possible match for some criminal or other, I would decide the case on merit depending on what crime they had committed. If they had been arrested for an act of defence then yes I would donate. If they had been arrtested for an act of attack then I would laugh them out of the door.

If I was the only match that would make it rare blood, so why not say yes, I might need his/her blood at some time. Then again my blood might make an improvement to the character of the person.

Depends on what he did. If he murdered in cold blood then no. if he murdered someone like bin Laden then yes.

Yes I would it is not up to us to decide who is worthy of life and who isn't we have all done things that we are not proud of, put yourself in that persons position and remember that life is precious and would you want to be responsible for the death of another in need because that would make you just as bad.
Sometimes the hardest things in life to do bring us the most reward so go on be the bigger person

I think I would depending on the crime, but at the end of the day you would want them to pay for what ever they had done, people have to learn

Yes, a life is a life. Wouldn't I become the 'murderer' if I refused?

it depends on what the circumstances of the murder. for instance, if someone came into my home and tried to rob, or harm me, and i shot and killed him. does that make me a bad person?

On first thought I would have to say it depends on what the crime was and possible their attitude towards that crime. ie. do they have any remorse for the crime, not just getting caught.
A thought provoking question.
