Do you mean there is a parental control lock? If not, maybe you're tyring to open a page that's a pdf file or has java or Flash on it.

Go to www.firefox.com and try visiting the web pages with that browser.

If it still doesn't work

go to www.Adobe.com and download the Adobe Reader and Flash Player

Then go to www.java.com and download the Java program.

If that doesn't work, go to www.download.com and download Avast Home Edition and Ad-Aware SE Personal Edition. Run them on your computer to clean out any trojans or spywares that it might have.

Everything is free.

That should do the job. :-)

you need to be more detail then that. Well could be your router is blocking them. If you want great detail on how to fix it you need to give great detail.

Try going to Tool, Internet options, security, and click on default level.

That's all I can think of from what you gave me.

Good luck
