Grief is an important way of growing up emotionally and letting go of something. When you cry it expands your soul to embrace more love and life. It isn't fun, but it's healthy! Grief is temporary, depression can be permanent.

It's OK to cry. In this thing called life, bad things happen and feelings get hurt. Crying is the best way to get through the hurt. After you are done crying and feel better, look the world in the face, put on a smile and carry on. The worst thing you can do is show no emotion over hurtful things.

It's ok to cry, when you feel you need to. But sooner or later you will need to let it all go, and start a new day, knowing that the past is behind you and there is nothing you can do to change it. You can't let yourself fall into a depression. You just have to KNOW that everything will work itself out. It always does. That's how the universe works. So keep your head up, and look for the good things in life.

I don't know what's happened to make you want to cry but sometimes it is so difficult to get over bad things that have happened. Crying can help by releasing emotions but if it doesn't seem to be doing any good and you still always feel bad, I would talk to a counsellor. Sometimes people need that extra help to move forward. It certainly worked for me!

So to answer your question.......it is ok to cry, but not for too long! Try and get on with your life and seek help if moving forward is too much of a struggle.

I hope this helps X

You said it,just get over it.Living in the past only prevents your future from going on.Things that you have no control of changing are why they are in the past and long forgotten. The only thing that you can do is learn from your past mistakes. The reason we make mistakes is so that we can learn from them, not to keep punishing ourselves over them.So wipe your eyes and start living your life, you may be surprised what's out there for you.

It's ok to cry for a little bit but you can't linger on it. You need to pick yourself up and go on with your life and not dwell on all the bad.

yes it is okay to cry over something that really hurt you in your past ! I do it myself sometimes and i am grown now ! You can always forgive but you will NEVER forget and if crying makes you feel better than do it because some of us have had it rougher than others and no one can tell you how to feel !It was your life and not theirs!! GOD BLESS!!!

Cry for a minute, then get up and move on. Don't look back, just don't make the same mistakes and you'll be fine.♥

you should - no! you MUST! you must overcome, stand up and go your way! (first- cry, of course) none should be able to break your life and your spirit and you should always be the best and the strongest. believe me - this is the only thing that works!
