MSN Messenger not sending/receiving messages?

Question

Whenever I am online it seems I don't get half of the messages people are sending me, or my messages won't get to them. Any ideas why this is and how I can fix it???

I am in the UK, anyone experiencing problems here? I checked my connections and they are all ok.

Msn seems to be having a network problem in America certainly as many people seem to be having the same problem.
Log on to Msn and go to:

↓ Tools
↓ Options
↓ Connection tab
↓ Ensure that you have a full green connection

If not contact Msn to ensure they know there is a failure.
