I try to achieve the 64 oz that is recommended, by drinking at least 4 16 oz bottles of water. However, some days i am busy and don't think about drinking or sometimes i just don't want to have to be running to the bathroom all day and all night so I don't drink as much. The bad part is that I know from experience that not drinking enough water gives you contractions and sends you to the hospital with false labor. So drink as much as you can towards the daily recommendations for your own comfort. Hope this helps, best of luck.

I fill up a 32 oz. water bottle that I refill when emptied that I keep at my desk to make sure I am drinking enough. I've read that staying hydrated helps prevent swelling, and so I have been trying to drink within the recommended 8-12 glasses/day. I have only 7 weeks left to go and haven't expericenced any swelling so far but the only downside is that I spend half of my day in the bathroom from all the water I drink!

I have a 72 oz. water bottle that I drink every day. I usually finish it before I'm off work at 5:00. Once I finish it, the rest of the day I drink either milk, juice or more water. I drank this much water before finding out I was pregnant.

I drink about 64oz a day. I don't time it or anything..I guess I'm just on a schedule. I drink about 1 bottle of water in the morning when I take my vitamin. Then I drink about 8 oz or so of milk in my cereal. Then I drink another bottle of water at lunch time. I have about 8oz of juice when I get home from work. Then I have another bottle of water at dinner time. Sometimes I'll have a little pop too. So I'd say I drink about 64oz or more a day.

I think I'm averaging about 10 cups a day actually, although not too much of it is plain water. I think because for some reason herb tea and popsicles help calm my stomach, and I always have carnation instant breakfasts in the morning (it's just easier to keep the liquids down then).

Now that I am not soo sick, I drink a cup of 8-12 oz every hour. That's what I was told, the dr. said you need to keep hydrated and so it's good to drink 8oz every hour....sometimes I can't do that but I probably get at least 8-10 cups a day....good luck and congrats!!

When I was pregnant with my youngest I drank at least two glasses of milk a day (8 to 10 oz) and I drank three big glasses (24oz?) of water with lemon everyday.
I wasn't good at drinking plain water, but water with lemon and lots of crushed ice was something I could drink easily.
I didn't time when I took in fluids. I would have milk with breakfast and dinner, and then I'd just keep my water glass full and fresh throughout the day and would just sip on it frequently throughout the day and with lunch.
