i use a mobile phone for internet access @ 115kbps speed, is there anything I can do to speed up my downloads?

The connection type is packet data and I use a sony ericson k510i phone with 'web and walk' capability

@115kbps isnt that fast anyway, lucky if you get maybe 10kbps download im afraid, stay away from download progs that claim to speed up your downloads, they never work and usally produce adverse affects

get broadband. forget mobile phone internet the pits.
