Harry, without a doubt.
Willia, is a pretty boy & i can't imagine him getting his hands dirty but Harry although not conventionally good looking is rugged & I expect he would not be averse to getting very dirty.
He has an air of the bad boy about him that is so attractive.William comes across as way too pure & innocent.

I haven't seen pic of either of them in a while - IDK anymore.
But I use to like William a lot because he was older at the time and Harry was still a little kid. Plus, I don't like red hair on guys - sorry Harry.
But who knows, they both could've changed and may be hotter than before or less hotter. Who knows?

I totally agree with you about Harry but I still think William is ahead in the looks department. He is his mothers double in the male sense, and I think he has got her caring nature too
