In terms of per capita earnings Moldova is probably the poorest-Hungary is immensely rich in comparison and even Albania is better off. Whether next poorest after Moldova come Belarus or Ukraine or Bulgaria -depends how you count. Some parts of Russia are also very poor -like Carelia which is next to Finland.

at the beginning, Albania isn't the poorest so do reasearch. Albania isn't a Muslim majority. seventy 5 % are NON-non secular. i don't comprehend if Albanians do not evaluate themselves Muslim, why could something of th international? Kosovo has the Albanian Muslims

Poor in what way? Lowest GDP? Lowest per capita income? Least natural resources? Most corrupt? Spiritually impoverished? Please clarify what you mean by "poor." By the way, I would ask for clarification for "rich" as well.
