If you purchase the 7-day park hopper pass with no expiration, can you sell them to someone else after using only 3 of the days?

As the other answers said, you used to be allowed to sell the tickets after you used them (though it wasn't the best idea) But, now the tickets are non-transferable and a biometrics system is used.

Also, without the no-expiration option, the tickets will expire 14 days after the first use, so even if you wanted to use them at a later date, you wouldn't be able to.

You could get in a lot of trouble if you try to sell them, I wouldn't suggest trying it!

No. Park-hopper passes are non-transferable. They are now signed by the owner and the user's I.D. is checked at the gate. If you are caught selling your park-hopper pass, you can get in serious trouble for fraud. Those guys that buy park-hopper passes on your way out are regularly arrested.

I have seen it happen.

No you can't. My parents go every year and used each others tickets by accident and security can and ID'ed both of them. They fingerprint you every time you go through the front gates.
