Swimming is supposed to be good for pregnancy. I have also heard Yoga is really good. I just ordered a Yoga pregnancy video from Netflix. I decided to rent one before I invest in buying the video. I would prefer to take a class, but there aren't any close to my home. I have also seen pregnancy Pilates videos, but I've heard more people recommend Yoga.

Swimming is the number one recommended cardio exercise for pregnant women. You get a good workout without jarring any of your joints or putting any more pressure on your body. Plus...it's nice to feel weightless even if it is only for 30 minutes!

any low impact cardio....I take a step class as well as a bootcamp class & train twice a week. You can still do abs, just make sure they're on a ball & not flat on your back. Also make sure your heart rate doesn't get above around 140.
