Now - I am aware that there are different ranges of intelligence, and they are sometimes pre-determined or learnt, like the nature or nurture theory. But I want to know if an IQ of 115-19 standard, general knowledge is a bit shoddy for someone who is 16 (plus I am right brained, so it makes a difference).
My birth date is the 12/9/90 please be honest, but polite!! lol x

Just a quick note: IQ is determined relative to others in your age range. Thus, your score of 115-19 already accounts for the fact that you're 16. Your age shouldn't affect your score; that is, your IQ shouldn't go up as you get older / more educated.

That said, I've found that "smart" is not nearly as important as "determined" in life. I'd concentrate more on what you *do* with your brains than on the brains themselves. Good luck!

Balbanes sums it up very well ...

It doesn't matter really HOW smart you are BUT what you do with your brains....

some of the most intelligent people I have known have been complete and utter morons ( yes I know that sounds like a contradictions) .. why ? because they are so besotted with their own brain power that it blinds them,,,

YET some of those who haven't been the sharpest tool in the shed have done more with their life because they were more determined to .. and also SOMETIMES were nicer people.

That's 1st Standard Deviation so you're in the top 3%.

It sounds pretty much average or a little above. However, if you have no common sense, it won't matter either way. Good luck.
