I am curious because I'm interested in the two but as of right now I can't seem to decide which of the two I want to study in. I just wish there was a school that had the two combined together in some way directing a career in both fields. There is one in England but that's way too far from me being that I currently live in the states.

But I guess I will just settle for one for now and study the other another time. If you know colleges that are well known for either field is appreciated :-)

Thanks in advance.

My son goes to Montserrat in Beverly Ma. and I'm quite impressed as the student body is much smaller/as it is a prestigious and private art college, but the training is unbeatable.

In the southeast, SCAD (Savannah College of art and design) is pretty good for those two areas. be prepared to shell out 25,000 a year though. it has kids from every state and alot of international students so it looks good. i'm not in that area of study but all the kids in art school that i know seem impressed when that name is mentioned...

i went to SCAD. great school but expensive. try to get scholarships!
also Rhode Island School of Design is good, the Institute of Art in Chicago, MICA in Baltimore. Most really good art schools with be pretty expensive, but student loans are the way to go!
