Blackjack or if you mean video game it is Super Smash Bros. Melee. NOTHING at all will ever be better than this game. Resident Evil 4, Super Mario 64, Halo, do come close. Super Smash Bros. Brawl is coming out soon it will probably be the best game ever. See these reviews and info about the game here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Super_Smash_Bros_Melee

It's kinda sad seeing people mention very recent games like GTA or Gears of War. They can be fun but people are missing out on the great ones.
My all time favorites are:

System Shock 2 - PC RPG/shooter/horror
Super Metroid - SNES
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time - N64
Burnout series - Most platforms, insainly fun racing/crashing game
X-Wing and Tie Fighter - Very old PC space combat sim games (I have them on diskette) I played them constantly for several years.

I loved the Final Fantasy series, and if I could pick the best, it would be one of the originals. The true origin of Ivalice, Final Fantasy Tactics. An extremely rare game today, I'm glad I still have my copy from when it was released. Now it's being remade for the PsP ^-^
