A-NEE-sa
Julia is classy and not overused. Aubrey is nice but probably gets confused with Audrey a lot.

I think Anisa is pronounced uh-nee-suh. Is that right? That's a good name! I've never heard of it.
Also, my favorite names are Julia and Lucy. Two people in my family are named those names. Try the name Julia Lucy. I think it flows rather nicely, and I've never tried that combo before. Good luck!
*~*
P.S. If you pick Julia or Lucy, not combined, try Julia Hope or Lucy Elaine. The people in my family that are named that have those names.

Anisa is okay. I really like Rhea though. And Aubrey. Cute names. Lucy is just too old fashioned for me, but you may be looking for something old fashioned. Best of luck.

I would pronounce it Uh-nee-sa. I don't know if that's right, but if it is I really like. I have heard it maybe once or twice so its pretty original but not wierd at all! I also love the names Julia and Aubrey. I think Julia used to be pretty popular, but I don't think it is anymore. I think Aubrey getting more popular each year, but I still love it!

I would pronounce it "Ah-nee-sah". I like it, btw. It's different.
I don't care for Aubrey. It sounds roly-poly...a chunky girl. (not that chubby is bad.) :-)
I like Julia & Lucy. Esp. Lucy. It's cute & fun-sounding.
But Rhea! Yuck! When I was studying medically terminology in college, I learned that "rhea" means to flow or run. -As in diarrhea or rhineorhea (runny nose). Now every time I see that name I associate it with that word.
But she's your baby! Good luck.

Aubrey is pretty, and still works if she's not really girly. But kida of little girl-ish.
Julia is beautiful, but popular, so make sure you are ok with popular, and it works when she's 4 or 40.
I love Lucy the best, sweet but still professional so when she's 40 she's not thought of as a little girl.
Please don't pick Rhea - its sounds nice, but she'll get called diarrhea or poop head or something equally mean in school.

I would pronounce it Ah-nee-sah. I think it's unique without being off-the-wall.
Of the list of names, I like all of them except Rhea. That just sounds too old for a little baby.
