Evidently, this is a common problem because Linda Cobb author of Talking Dirty with the Queen of Clean has an entry in her book, page 29 on removing melted crayon from garments. She suggests spraying the crayon with WD 40, wait 10 minutes and work in undiluted liquid diswashing soap and launder as usual. Note, it works on everything but silk.

To get regular wax out of carpet or clothing, I take a brown paper bag and lay it on top of the hardened wax. Then I run a hot iron over the paper bag. The bag absorbs the wax as the hot iron melts it. Depending on how much wax there is you may have to use a couple of paper bags. Good Luck!

Take a piece of clean, white cotton fabric (a piece of an old sheet or dish towel) and place it over the stains, then iron with a moderately hot iron.
Lift the fabric to a clean part each time you move to an new stain.
Launder as usual, but don't dry in the dryer. In case you need to repeat the process, you don't want the dryer to set the stains.
Good luck.

Boil the piece of clothing, provided this will not ruin the material it is made out of. This may not make it perfect, but a whole lot better then what it is now.

Instead of trying yourself to get it out, it is more advisable to give your cloth to a dry-cleaner !!!
