Alumni is plural for Alumna (female) Alumnus (Male)
Alumni are graduates of a college or university.
Sometimes, it's alumn for short.
So, after you go to university and graduate- you will be an alumn.
You are also an alumn of your grammar school and high school.

It's Latin based, and is plural. It's incorrect to say "I'm a Harvard alumni", instead, if female, it should be "I'm a Harvard alumna" or male, "I'm a Harvard alumnus"
