What are the signs symptoms the baby dropped? I am 37 weeks. I have heard the belly is more protruding or something like that, what does that mean.

you will be able to look in the mirror and see that the bulge of your tummy is lower. it may also protrude more, and you may feel more pressure in your lower abdomen

With my first baby, other people noticed before I did that the baby had 'dropped'.
With my second and subsequent children, I could FEEL them drop down, more pressure on the bladder and a 'heaviness' between my legs, almost like I could look down and see the baby's head!
It's more noticeable to others who see you often if there's any change in belly shape and they'll tell you that your bump looks lower...

One definite tell tale that the baby has dropped is that it should be easier for you to breathe. As when the baby drops they release some of the pressure off from your diaphragm. However you should also need to pee more often because now all of that pressure from your baby is directly on your bladder. Hope this helps, best of luck.

when my mom was pregent with my brother her friend watched her belly drop and when it happened my mom went white as a ghost. i guss her friend said she watched her colour go down witht teh baby. for the protruding thing i'm afraid i can't help ya there. srry. i hope everything goes great for u.

the lump gets a bit lower and you tend to feel more pressure on your bladder. But don't stress too much about it. Both mine drifted in and out of being engaged right up to the end.
