I need help with a treasure chest on zelda(wii)?

There's a treaure chest just out the south exit of castle town, it's on a ledge with no obvious way to get to it and i can't figure out how to get it, any help would be great. cheers

Is it the exit with the stone stairs that lead to the grass? If so, you'll need your clawshot. face like you're coming out of the town. To the right is a pillar (i forget the exact location) and there's a little medallion for your clawshot. Pull yourself up to that ledge and then use your spinner to jump down to the chest. us ur clawshot 2 jump on the tower near the goron and rocks and in the middle theres a spinner track, jump on it then jump 2 the ledge. and also on that tower turn intp wolf and cross rope turn human, cross ledge over entrance then turn into wolf and cross other rope and theres 100 rupee chest
