forgot my work badge yesterday to get in the building, today i tried to take the key out the ignition didnt realize the car was in reverse, and i spent half an hour wandering where my keys were when they were in my pocket. do i need to eat my wheaties?

umm well unless your absent minded in sports then no

Ex. Forgeting to swing the bat in baseball after 2 strikes.
Running past the end zone after a touchdown
Scoring on your own net in hockey
Going to the other bench in hockey
Missing the golf ball after 10 tries

Other than that you might want to look up some brain transplant doctors

Are you absent-minded or distracted by other thoughts? It's possible to not be giving your full attention to a situation, which can be interpreted as being absent-minded (when in reality, you're just thinking too much!)

I'm in my 20's and I forget stuff a lot.
I don't know what to recommend to you, though, that would help, except maybe writing some of the things down. Are you under any stress?

yes, it is possible to be absent minded in your 20's. i know because i am. i don't think wheaties make a difference. good luck.

It is possible to be absent-minded at any time of life. If it's getting serious, however, go see your doctor. There might be a simple solution!
