Hun you seem like you are anemic, you should try your iron pills again and stop overworking yourself or please get a different shift.

Are you anemic? Some of the symptoms you are describing are those with anemia (low blood iron). Aside from what you described, if your iron levels are low, your skin may also have a grey pallor. The best way to be sure is to have a blood test to check your hematocrit levels. If this is the case, your doctor may have you increase your iron levels by taking iron supplements or if your iron levels are extremely low you may need to have an iron infusion. DO NOT self medicate with iron supplements as having too much iron in the blood is far worse for you than having too little iron. Too much iron is toxic and can damage internal organs and even cause death. The best thing you can do is go to your primary care doctor for a proper diagnosis.

research hypothyroidism and how to check your basal body temperature with a basel thermometer.

And get to a doc like the doc said.
