I would call the phone number, and ask about graduates' profiles. You could also call something like the Better Business Bureau to see if they've been dinged.

It is a company in the U.K. (I wasn't sure if you are in the States). There are lots of companies that provide tutors like that. They are not a place to earn school credits to, they are simply an online tutoring service.
I used tutors when I was at college myself and it was beneficial.
