Remember last year, the kid who kissed a girl who was allergic to peanut butter and she died?

Whatever happened to him? Did he get like 3rd degree murder or something?

I never heard of this, but I guess it would depend on if he knew she was allergic to peanut butter or not. If so, I'm sure something must have come of it, and if not, he was probably just educated on allergies.

They probably tried him as an adult and now he's serving 50 years.
