Some people are saying that the victoria falls is in Zimbabwe but i think its in both which country is it most in??

The Zambezi is not a country.
Technically it is in both, but more closely associated with Zimbabwe, besides the best parts of the Victoria Falls are in Zimbabwe like it or not. However due to Zimbabwe's piss poor management skills and political retardation most travellors will go to the Zambian side where they can enjoy a better tourist atmosphere.

Actually you'll see them better in Zimbabwe more than in Zambia, I know i did when i went there, Zambia just doesnt have the best view so I suggest Zimbabwe and they are listed as a natural attraction from Zimbabwe

Victoria Falls is both 50/50 i think that is close both in Zambia and Zimbabwe.

The falls are part of two national parks, Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park in Zambia and Victoria Falls National Park in Zimbabwe

The Victoria Falls were in the former British Colony of Rhodesia. When Rhodesia became independent in 1964, it was divided into two States - Northern Rhodesia and Southern Rhodesia, which were re-named Zambia and Zimbabwe and the Falls were made part of the frontier between the two. So it is in both.

Unfortunately Zimbabwe. All segments except the Eastern Cataract are on the Zimbabwean side of the border. Cecil Rhodes has a lot to answer for!

ok you have the zambezi river the zambezi dam and vic falls. the river is in both as well as the dam but the falls are in zimbabwe... you decide. both countries are bordered really weird...
