Technically, no. Nobody can overturn a supreme court decision.

Two caveats :
They can still can reverse themselves. Abortion opponents are hoping that the new Roberts-Alito court will tackle the question and reverse Roe Vs Wade.

B) A supreme court decision can be made moot by passing new laws that put the question on entirely new legal footing. and unless the lawmakers are stupid enough to pass something that is unconstitutional, the new law WILL stand.

A state Supreme Court can be overruled by our Federal Supreme Court; the Federal Supreme court is the final word; however, sometimes descisions they make are over turned by themselves years later when simular cases come by arguing the basic argument the former case had; in law nothing is set in stone, as it Must change by "Interpretation" by the Supreme court Based on What the People argue and how they argue it; simply put, the Supreme court interprets cases based on "Current law" and the laws are always changing....makes for a busy court...

Only by a constitutional amendment or if the Supreme Court changes its mind in a later decision. For example Plessy v. Ferguson stated that segregation was legal but Brown v. Board of Ed overruled the prior case, outlawing segregation.

Not directly.

The supreme court can re-hear cases and give new verdicts.

Also, the legislature can amend the constitution to overrule the supreme court. That is next to impossible however. It is a long and hard process to amend the constitution.

What surpreme court are you talking about? State surpreme courts may be overruled by the U.S. Surpreme court. But the U.S. Surpreme court is the law of the land and can only be over turned if the people of the land demand a new consitutional law on that subject.

They can and have overturned their own decisions. Also, the legislature can always pass a more succint law that undermines the supreme court's ruling.

They can't be overruled. Their decisions can be overturned by legislation, assuming that the decision doesn't involve constitutional matters. If it does, the constitution can be amended to change the result, and of course individual justices can be impeached just like a president.
