It's a very good site, they have tons of manga! I mean tons. Also anime and dorama, but those are for download.
During weekends, they have a 10-second delay thingy, but you can get rid of it by subscribing to their simply wonderful forum and posting there:

I recommend http://www.onemanga.com of course ;). They don't have much compared to the others but are updated often.
http://www.mangavolume.com is the best for quantity. They really have everything. Though not updated much anymore so some series are quite behind.
http://www.spectrum.net has great quality when the series you want are in rotation. I am a big fan of that site.
http://www.readmanga.com is good for FMA and was the first online manga reading site. Though they stopped updating as well.
