Yeah it's probably true that Lebron will eventually become a better scorer than M.J . Greatness is not determined on how many points you can go out there and score.
Did you ever stop and realized why Michael is regarded as the best player that ever lived? It's because he did exceled at almost all aspects of the game, just think about it... He was a great scorer 30.1 career points a game, He was a pretty good rebounder 6.4 career boards a game, oh and don't forget about the steals 2.4 carrer steals a game.
Plus Michael Jordan won the defensive player of the year, which was just the icing on the cake to go along with those 6 MVP trophies. That's something that Lebron will never do ( defensive player of the year) I also almost forgot to mention that Lebron is averaging 68 % career from the free throw line. Michael averaged around 84% for his carrer, that's 16% higher that king James.
Anyways i would put Steve Nash as the best player in the NBA right now... sorry : ( , Nash already has 2 MVPs. how many does Lebron have.

LeBron James is not a great player. Here is a situation, Cavs play in the finals. They are losing by 1 in game seven. Give the ball to James, it's up and no chance. He is not a great defensive player. Stop thinking about offense, Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan were all around. Also, the most successful player at his age was Kobe Bryant. LeBron is 21 and has no rings, by the time Kobe was 24 he had 3 rings. Same thing with D - Wade, no defense, 1 ring, he is 26. I would say Kobe Bryant is the best because of his all around ability and clutchness.

i hope that by "scored more points than Michael Jordan ever did" you mean that LeBron reached a milestone faster than MJ did. LeBron is a very good player, but I think that at this very moment in the NBA, Kobe Bryant still has to take the cake for the best player. He's fast, plays defense, shoots the lights out, jumps high, dunks hard, shoots free throws well, is very clutch in endgame situations. LeBron misses out on a few of those categories, like free throws and being clutch. Which sets Kobe apart.

Lebron continues to be the extra acceptable ordinary participant ( Scoring skill, play making, and athleticism) yet mentality sensible hes no longer the main effective (it fairly is the place Kobe has an benefit). Lebron and his Cavs gave up final night with 5 minutes left in the activity. there replaced into no hustle or something left. Its like they have been basically gazing and not enjoying. particular i do agree that Kobe and His Lakers do have a "no longer ordinary" (LOL) western convention yet Lebron don't have given up. with a bit of luck Lebron Will take his Cavs to the NBA finals next 3 hundred and sixty 5 days yet till then, The coach/GM could be dealt with because of the fact there no longer giving Lebron a good adequate helping solid. of path curiously good on paper yet whilst it concerns the main it would not paintings. i'd deal out Mo Williams and massive Z just to call some. LEBRON....Your Championship WILL come, basically wait and spot

i agree with NBA Kid, he definetly is talented. but just the fact that he does have good players on his team like larry houghes (former all-defensive team) and Big Z (former all-star) and he still cant get the team to be consistent in anything, is a big thing that everyone seems to overlook.
he is a great player, just not someone i would have on my team, like Wade.

no not yet. Give him a bit more time to mature. Also, you better hope Cleveland continues to build a team around him so he can win the championship.
