I don't know if any of them are fake or not but the pictures that should get her thrown off are the ones of her drinking. Having sex at her age is legal. Drinking is not.
I don't think the sponsors will want to have her on the show, in particular Coke, because that would tarnish their product's image.

I can't stand her. She has a horrible personality. But one thing has nothing to do with the other. It's a singing contest, not a morales contest. I hope she gets voted off but not for this.

No i don't think so because they were not her and anyways we don't even know if it was someone else that just looked like her. They said that it was just her face cut and pasted on to someone elses body. Plus i think she is too young to do somehing like that.
