help me learn more about ordering things online I have an account but I don,t know how to use it.

Assuming you're ordering from a normal store or internet service such as amazon or best buy:
Go to their site and find the product you want.
There will be an icon to add it to your shopping cart.
After you finish selecting everything you want, you click on 'My shopping cart". You will get a window to confirm what and how many you are ordering. You can change them right there.
Then press buy.
Since you are new, you will need to register and include a credit card for them to charge.
