I think it's just disgusting!
I mean, give me your mamas phone number if you want HER to flush it, but don't expect anyone else to!

They are slovenly pigs.
Perhaps though, it's their culture.
If all they have is an outhouse in the back, maybe they are not familiar with plumbing, and the whole "flushing thing".

I agree it is digusting, especially in public toilets! Maybe the people who dont flush are proud of thier poo poo's.
