I love it when blue eyed people wear brown on their eyes. a lightish skin color on the lids and near the eye brows with a darker copper colored brown inbetween and then when they use blue eye shadow and put it in the outer corner of their eyes kinda like eyeliner. it gives a smokey look that brings out the blue. mega pretty and very subtle. try it and i'm sure it'll be a hit!

Go to Sephora. Buy a good, dark brown or gray mascara (black will be too bold.)
Sephora makes a lot of pretty inexpensive but good eyeliner pencils. Buy a few pencils: one shimmery gold, one light color (such as mint), and one dark color (such as coffee brown). Don't get anything too bright. Some sheer, shimmery eyeshadow would be good too.
You should use the shimmery gold on one part of your lid. Often, it's good to start in the bottom inside corner and blend it outwards along your bottom lashline. If you don't like that look, try putting a line of it along your entire top lid.
For the dark color, apply a thin line along your top lid, and extend it a little bit outwards. Curve it upwards at the end where your lashes stop.
The light liner can be applied wherever you want a little extra color, and the eyeshadow too.
Put on the mascara after everything else. Do your top lashes first, with your eye open, and then blink while the mascara's wet so that a little goes onto your bottom lashes.

Any brand that you like is just fine. You don't have to worry about getting to good stuff until you can afford it.
As for colours blue eyed ladies can wear just about anything they want to. But if you want something that will make your eyes pop I would go with black/grey (can be subtle or dramatic depending on application), soft browns and/or gold tones.
I have blue eyes and these are some of my fav combos. Try and use two shades in a similar palette to give you eye some definition. I hope that helps!

Depends on what you're going for, but most of the time, I put on a white base, and then put brown in my creases, and on my eyelids. Adding gold is also a nice touch. If you're looking for something more dramatic, add a nice dark blue or purple to just the corners of your eyelids. Another nice trick is using a liner brush to apply shadow under your eyes. During the holidays, for example, I used gold on my lids and silver below my lower lashes. People said that it was really pretty, and looked very natural because it made the color of my eyes pop.
A last trick I tried was purple liner on my lids, and green liner on my lower lids, which also had the effect of making my eyes pop.

I have dark blue eyes and I've found that the best eyeshadow for my eye color is a shimmery brown with a bit of peach/champagne color mixed in. Cover Girl eyeshadow singles in Champagne is a great highlighter for blue eyes, dot it at the inner and outer corners of your eyes to make them pop! Curling your lashes and applying one coat of mascara will also make your eyes look very bright. Just experiment with several colors with subtle application until you find the shades you think look the best!

The shades of brown and golds are the best for your eyes. Stay away from loud bright colors unless applied properly. Put the powder on the eyelids and not above the lid toward the eyebrows. Keep it simple Honeychild!

I seen a chick the other day, blond hair, blue eyes, brown eyebrows, with light pink eye makeup. She really looked nice.

I would use a soft peachy colored eyeshadow. You should always use the opposite color to bring out your eyes. Revlon has some good quality stuff that you can buy at drugstores
