usually the person has to invite you over the internet before you can access it. I've heard of hackers getting in a viewing other people's camera's but I'm by no means a hacker LOL!

Such video access is usually site specific & password protected.
The brand name & model are by no means enough for you to determine how to access it.

The only way is to ask the owner/administrator of the device for the login info needed to access the device remotely.

Ask your network administrator... if they want to give you access, they'll tell you how.
