LOL!! Okay I'm going old school on this and saying Gambit on the X-Men cartoon series. His power was throwing playing cards that exploded or something like that, but he had a hot creole accent and was constantly trying to pick up Rogue (who's mere touch, of course, could have killed him). I had a serious school girl crush on that 'toon... ah, the PG-13 things I would have done to him... LMAO!!
