Regardless of area, a decent Honda or Toyota in the range you're at is going to be tough to find.
You are going to have to be flexible with clock or age. Or a branded title. Salvage or Reconstructed.
Pre 1990 or over 250,000 miles. If you can work in those parameters, you might get lucky.
