If you need their IP address (e.g. to connect a game), point them at http://ipchicken.com

They might consider using a service such as http://www.dhs.org/aboutus/services.shtml or http://www.dyndns.com/ to be more adaptable.

If you're looking to grab IP addresses from raw packets, go read a book, specifically this one:

Funny question that. I too don`t know why you would want it ....... unless you`re up to no good? The whole idea is anonymity.

Even if I knew how to do that I wouldn't tell you because you don't need to know their ip address unless you are trying to hack their computer.
