I am now 15 going on 16wks pregnant. And I have the little hard buldge in my lower stomach. It seems to move up and down at times. Is this my baby moving or am I going insane..lol..I feel little things, but I am not sure if its gas or not..I am just wanting to know.

You are not going insane at all! :) Your baby is just doing a little "work-out". It is normal and wonderful. I remember when I first felt and SAW my son move inside my belly I almost melted from happiness. It was strange because when I got my husband to take a look at it the moving stopped. Although later on he could also see and feel him move. We got in on camera too... I wish I could show you...

More than likely the moving up and down that you are seeing is your pulse. If you are feeling movements that is probably your baby that you are feeling, but it takes awhile for the baby to grow and become strong enough for you to actually be able to see the baby moving from the outside. I am pregnant with my fifth child and am 23 weeks and I still can't see anything from the outside most of the time. Hope this helps, best of luck
