Ticketmaster online is definitely the easiest... and probably the fastest... but you might not get the best available seats because the program believes that 3rd row all the way over to the side is better than the 4th row dead center. If the seats you find online are crummy, you can call Ticketmaster and charge by phone... this takes 15 to 20 minutes, cuz they just aren't real quick... but they can pick and choose seats to better fit your needs this way... just be specific about what you want. ANd you can e-ticket when you order via phone also... just be extra careful to confirm your e-address, cuz it's a pain in the butt to try to get them re-ticketed.
But the best price will always be directly through the box office.

Ticketmaster on-line. A couple of years ago, My Mom was calling Ticketmaster by phone, busy. (Bruce Springstein) I went online to Ticketmaster got her tickets. It also has a seating chart so you have an idea where you are.

Online is easier and faster...BUT... if you're online and their website crashes, forget it. I know someone who had a friend from another state call Ticketmaster to get tickets for the concert here. They got thru fast and got great seats! I swear, I'm going to try that next time Bon Jovi comes to town! I paid a fortune for crappy seats!

I agree that online is faster BUT the ticketmaster server is prone to crashing and when that happens you're pretty much SOL. If it's a show that is expected to sell out, I normally have one friend trying to buy them online and one (usually myself) in line at the kiosk then we call each other for status reports lol. I know it sounds hardcore but if it's a show you don't wanna miss it's the best way!
