my breast started growing when I was eight, I know is not extremely big, but it is embarrasing to have people staring at them too much my size now is 36C but like I said, I'm very petite...Should I have a breast reduction? or should I just get used to have this happening? Is been 18yrs and I'm still not used guys staring at them!

you only need a reduction if its causing you any pain or discomfort. But if it really bothers you, then i dont see the harm other than the surgery risks.

There are some Things to having a reduction. I had one in 94 the doc took 6 pounds off that is 2 gallons of milk. or 24 sticks of butter. I only came down to a dd. the doc thought it would be to much of a change.

I had to be careful leaning over I would become off balance and fall forward. I always carried the remnants of my meal on the front of my chest. I had to have my bras specially made and it still looked like I had 4 breast because I did not fit inside them. It was destroying my back I have a buffalo hump from having this chest my whole life.

I was the only girl in the third grade with a bra. when I was in 6th grade I was a 36 double c.

you need to look at the down side to. if you have the reduction you loose sensitivity in your nipples. You significant other will still enjoy touching them but you will not notice it as much. Also if you are still in child bearing years you may not be able to nurse. my body made the milk but I could not totally do it. The pain is not so bad. Your in the hospital over night. you can not lift anything heavier then a coffee cup for a week after the surgery. You are under the anesthetic for at least four hours. I was under for more then 5 and I was pregnant and they did not check like they were supposed to.

If you are uncomfortable with them or have any back pain go for it!

You could always try wearing minimizer bras, then help hide your size a little better.

As far as losing sensation in your nipples, it could take up to a year to regain sensation if you even get it back, it depends on if the surgeon does a "Free Nipple Graft", which basically means they remove the nipple from all the nerves and vessels. Sounds gross hehe.

As far as breastfeeding, that too depends on if they remove the nipple or not. Check out http://www.bfar.org for more information on that.

This site helped me out a LOT with my decisions and my breast reduction before during and after it.

sadly, u will prolly never get used to men starin atcha. one thing that helps, don't wear tight shirts, tubetops, spaghetti strings, or dark colored shirts, they draw more attention to ur bust. also, stay away from padded bras unles they are absolutly nessisary, thee add more figure to ur breasts. if some guy comments u and makes u uncomfortable, or is acting like a pervert, ask him how he would feel with big breasts and guys always starin at him and actin like vultures around a carcass. worked for me ;)
