There is a site called consumer action group (www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk). If you go to this site they will not only give you advise on how to do this but also gives you the legal templates to print out and fill in to send to your bank plus stories of other people who have succeeded on doing this...i myself am in the middle of this too....good luck and let me know how you got on..

Go onto watchdog website where you can download template letters and simply fill them. Just sent off letter 1 myself!
