I asked this question last night but only got one answer. I was wondering if any of you had an answer for me.

I had a check up/pelvic before going of the pill to TTC and everything checked out fine. We have been trying for a few months w/o luck. Last month I had a few symptoms after ovulation including some cramping but no pregnancy.

This month I ovulated early: between 2/18 and 2/19 (i track saliva and CM and this month started BBT) a week later 2/24 I started having terrible cramps on my lower right side (where i ovulate) and then they turned into cramping and backpain for the next three days. No spotting, i have been exhausted, and still have a few pains/cramps, small amount creamy CM

Since I had similar pains and no preg last month I started looking up other reasons for the cramps. The only thing I can come up with is leutal cysts when the progesterone creates a cycst after ov. Has anyone had these and what were your symptoms. Do mine sound like cyst or implantation? Thanks

Not to be too graphic, but the pains I was feeling made me feel like I had to go to the bathroom all of the time (#2) and I never had to go. Thanks!

I have never heard of implantation cramps that last for several days. That's also on the early (but not impossible) side for implantation.
I'm not an expert, but believe that luteal cysts are actually pretty common, and that most of the time, people don't even know they are even there unless they get out of control.
The problem is that when we are trying to get pregnant, we really want to read every symptom we have as something important.

It's entirely possible that you caught some kind of intestinal bug (which would go along with those same symptoms). It's also possible that you've gotten pregnant, and the hormones messed up your tummy enough to give you those symptoms. It's just really hard to tell until AF time, when you either start, or get to test.

Best of Luck to you!
