Fractured my fibula 61/2 weeks ago, doc said I'd have to wear cast "walking" for 6 weeks, I have cast off and seem fine, no pain just very stiff joints, ankle a bit swollen. am I walking on it too much? are there some stretches can do so it don't feel so stiff?

keep it iced and elevated at night for about 3 to 4 weeks
dont do any stretches or exercises for a while-if its swollen,
its because its strained.....you are doing too much on it....
also, Clay, like the clay used in facial masks, is awesome
for pain and swelling...if you put clay on it and let it dry
for about 10 minutes, it takes away the inflamation and
the swellilng
